Since I’ve joined, my deadlift has gone from 345 to 475, bench press and front squat 225 to 265 and 300, back squat from 275 to 355, and overhead squat to 225. My clean form has improved dramatically, allowing me to perform full cleans at near-maximal front squat weight. You know the gains you got when you first started lifting?
